i found the location amazing. there were many restaurants and shops around. the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was clean and everything worked perfectly. check-in and check-out were smooth (i really appreciated that).
the smart tv indicated internet access, but the connection was a bit slow at times.

the staff were friendly and let you know about complimentary coffee and pastries. a 10% off voucher for the restaurant next door was a nice bonus.
the mattress was a little soft. bathroom floor gets very wet when showering. it was hard to keep the water contained.

The hotel provided easy walking distance to bars restaurants DER dom and the train station, an excellent feature for exploring. Proximity to popular sites and restaurants enhanced the experience.

The staff showed helpfulness and friendliness. Dilara Yildiz's upbeat attitude really stood out, as she cared for customers despite obvious fatigue from overnight shifts. I noticed her dedication.

The location proved quite adequate , and the staff seemed willing to assist when needed.
The room advertised as a 'Large Double Room River View' felt notably small , certainly not what I expected. The supply of complimentary water was inconsistent . I received only one bottle during my three-night stay. Servicing of the room occurred haphazardly and late each day , causing some inconvenience.
